Name: Admiral Goddard Yi Summary: Goddard Yi's father Admiral Moon-Si Yi (1876-1934) was a national hero of the old CM (Garwara Empire). Yi followed his father's footsteps and became a CM navy officer in 1940. During the 1940's Yi was noted for ordering the torture and killing of many Kogasuma soldiers and even villagers as an act of revenge for killing his father and older brother Cecil Yi (1910-1938). After the war ended in 1948, Kogasuma officials asked Lord Tokimoto to hand over Yi as a war criminal to mend any fences. Tokimoto ordered Yi to be deported in 1951, but Yi went into hiding. In 1959, Yi resurfaced and was quietly returned to the CM navy. He earned the rank of admiral in 1965 and retired in 1982. After his retirement, Yi moved to the far east of the CM nation to keep away from Kogasuma agents who wished revenge. In 2007, Gen. Guyers asked Yi to return to uniform to head the CM navy and as a CLG II member. Many Kogasuma's consider Yi one of the worst war criminals alive in the CM. In 2008 Yi was appointed to be Governor General of the Agasuma by Lord Zando. Before year's end Agasuma fell and Yi began working for the new masters of the Agasuma.
